摘　　要：目的 确保护士对患儿身份识别的准确性,保障儿科门诊输液安全,提高护士工作效率.方法 在儿科门诊输液室中应用门诊输液患者管理系统.结果 2009年8-11月共完成输液15 212例次,未发生一例错输液体事故,实现了护理工作实时和量化的管理.结论 门诊输液患者管理系统,营造和谐的输液环境,提高医院管理水平和整体形象,建立一个高标准、高质量、高效率的输液服务模式.Objective To guarantee the identification of the chilchen and safety of infusion, and to enhance work efficiency of the nurses. Methods Infusion management system was applied in outpatient infusion room in the department of pediatrics. Results From August to November 2009, 15 212 cases of infusion were completed, without any infusion accident. Real-time and the quantitative management was realized. Conclusions The infusion management system builds a harmonious infusion environment, raises the level of hospital management and the overall image and establishes a high s tandard, high grade and high efficiency infusion service pattern.
