“育灵1号”对温水浴造模大鼠睾丸组织影响的实验研究

摘　　要：用温水浴造模方法，观察“育灵１号”对造模大鼠睾丸组织形态学变化的影响。结果证实：育灵１号可加速睾丸组织损伤的恢复，对生精上皮细胞的生长有明显促进作用，能提高精子质量；对大鼠体重的影响，与生理盐水对照组比较无明显差异。Influence of “Essence-Raising No.I Formula”to histomorphological change of the testis tissue in rats modeled by warm bath was observed.The results proved that “Essence-Raising No.I formula”could accelerate restoration of the injured testis tissue,could remarkably promote the growth of seminiferous epithelial cell and could enhance sperm quality and that there was no significant change in body weigh of the rats in comparison with the control group of physiological saline.
