胶原贴敷料治疗轻中度寻常型痤疮40例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察胶原贴敷料治疗轻中度寻常型痤疮的疗效。方法 75例轻中度寻常型痤疮患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组40例皮损处均给予胶原贴敷料敷贴,同时口服罗红霉素胶囊,外用本院院内制剂复方硫洗剂;对照组35例未给予胶原贴敷料敷贴,其余治疗同治疗组,1个月为1疗程,1个疗程后评价疗效。结果治疗组和对照组总显效率分别为80.00%和54.29%,两组比较有显著性意义(P0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论胶原贴敷料治疗轻中度寻常型痤疮能显著提高疗效,使用安全,耐受性好,值得临床推广。Objective Observing effect of collagen dressing was treated moderate acne vulgaris.Methods 75 patients with mild to moderate acne vulgaris were divided randomly into the treatment group and the comparison group.40 cases of treatment group were given collagen dressing,oral roxithromycin and apply compound sulfar lotion on the lesions,which was made in our hospital.35 cases of comparison group were not given collagen dressing.The rest of the treatment was same as the treatment group.One month was one course of the treatment.Effect was evaluated after a course of the treatment.Results Effective of the treatment group and the comparison group were 80% and 54.29% respectively.The difference of the two groups was significant（P﹤0.05） Effect of the treatment group was more than effect of the comparison group.Conclusion The collagen dressing can significant improve the efficacy.Safe well tolerated,and it is worthy to popularize in the clinical.
