摘　　要：介绍了聚脲喷涂设备的型号及技术参数并以H35PRO主机为例详述了工作原理;分析了工艺参数和混合室结构对混合效果及涂层质量的影响;对气动、电动和液压喷涂设备的性能进行了对比。Technical data and model of GRACO company polyurea spraying equipment were introduced and expounded the work principle by citing H35pro as an example.The affect of process parameters and the mixing chamber structure on the mixing affect and coating quality were analyzed;comparison was draw between pneumatic,electric and the performance of hydraulic spraying equipment.
