摘　　要：通过对上海市虹口区工业建筑遗产的空间分布和保存利用状况的实地调查,分析该地区主要工业遗产的建筑特征,重点围绕利用工业遗产发展创意园区的实践案例进行深入剖析,探讨建立工业遗产保护制度的重要性,工业建筑遗产保护在丰富城市景观、复兴社区文化中的积极作用。By on-the-spot investigations on the spatial distribution and state of conservation of industrial building heritage in Shanghai Hongkou District, this paper makes analysis of the architectural features of the main industrial heritage in the district, especially the case of developing Creative Park by using industrial heritage. It shows us the significance of setting up conservation regulation, and the positive role of conservation of industrial heritage in enriching urban landscape and rejuvenating community culture.
