摘　　要：立足于傅立叶"法伦斯泰尔"思想阐述,对欧洲工业革命进程中该建筑的价值进行了分析,着重探讨了"解剖式"表达对再现古迹结构可读信息的影响,同时通过社会宫殿与马赛公寓的比较,力图扩充工业遗产与建筑史上经典社会住宅的关联性。The paper illustrates the project’ significance in the process of the industrial revolution, it reflects the thinking of Phalanstère by Charles Fourier. Being a social housing, the social palace is also one main spiritual part in La Familistere de Guise. Basing on its renovation project financed by EU in 2010, the paper also makes a concise analysis of section exhibition way, which may re-appear the monument’s readability. Furthermore the paper tries to compare social palace with Marseilles Unite Habitation so that some industrial heritage may get a tight relationship with classical social housing in architectural history.
