科学整合社会资源,切实履行图书馆社会职责——浙江省永康市图书馆的探索与思考

摘　　要：浙江省永康市图书馆发挥自身的组织、人力、文献等资源优势,探索与社会各系统组织、机构合作,多方整合地区的各种社会发展资源,形成了共同推进地区文化服务的积极态势。永康市图书馆在实践过程中创造了多种合作模式,在配合与支持相关组织、机构完成社会服务工作的同时,也使图书馆的服务得到延伸,并因此获得了相当的社会发展资源,提升了图书馆自身的社会地位与活动能力。永康市图书馆的实践拓宽了基层公共图书馆的发展视野,帮助我们去认识图书馆当代社会发展资源的多样性,探索现代图书馆活动与当代社会发展内在规律的一致性,也为基层公共图书馆的现代职业意识提供了一个新的注解。Yongkang Library of Zhejiang province explored how to cooperate with various organizations and institutions of social system and integrate all kinds of social developing resources in Yongkang area by taking its resource advantages into full play, in order to promote together the culture service in Yongkang area. Yongkang Library had created various cooperation models in the process of practice, which supported the related organizations and institutions to commit their social service, and also developed its own library extended service, therefore obtained the library developing resources, and promoted its library activity ability and social status. The practice of Yongkang Library widened the field of developing vision of public library in basic level, helped us to recognize the diversity of library developing resources in the contemporary society, which not only explored the inner law of library activily in the contemporary society, but also made a new explanation for the professional consciousness of public library in basic level.
