摘　　要：对骆伟先生的学术成果进行了全景扫描,并着力彰显其在地方文献工作实践和地方文献学的理论探索上的突出贡献。This article has carried on the panoram scanning to Mr. Luo Wei＇.s academic achievement, and tries to show the working practice in the local literature and the outstanding contribution in the exploration of the local bibliography theory.
