摘　　要：通过实证检索分析,对中国专利(未包括香港、澳门和台湾地区专利)的检索网站进行了全面的检索比较研究,从现有的9个专利检索网站中挑选出了文献检索课教学必讲授、检索实践必利用的最佳专利检索网站,为专利检索教学内容的选择和检索实践中专利检索系统的选择提供了有价值的参考依据。We made a comparative study applying to nine common China patent websites （except lhose in Hongkong, Macao and Taiwan） through empirical analysis of retrieval, summarized what should be taught in patents retrieval courses and which is the best China patent website. Hope our study could be helpful for making an efficient China patents search.
