摘　　要：对国家图书馆规范数据库建设情况、规范控制模式及问题、名称规范标目问题和未实施名称规范控制进行分析和研究,并提出相关建议,目的是对书目规范控制理论和应用进行研究,从而为我国文献组织更好地开展书目规范控制工作提供经验。This article introduces the status of construction of Authority Database of National Library of China, authority control mode and is sues, the problems of the heading of name authority and the name authority control which not implemented. We not only analysis and research on this article, but also give our feasible recommendations, for purpose of providing experiences for documents organization to carry out bibliographic authority control on the basis of research on theory and application of bibliographic authority control.
