摘　　要：基于科技查新工作出现的新变化和存在的一些问题,对科技查新工作科学发展的可行性进行分析,探讨科技查新工作科学发展的基本思路。Based on new changes and some existed problems in science and technology novelty search, a feasibility analysis of scientific develop ment of science and technology novelty search has been performed, and basic ideas for scientific development of science and technology novelty search have also been probed into.
