摘　　要：信息技术的飞速发展以及边缘学科、交叉学科的出现更加凸显了信息导航员在医学图书馆中的地位和作用。分析了医学图书馆培养信息导航员的必要性,论述了信息导航员应具备的能力,并提出了相应的培养策略。The rapid development of information technology and the appearance of interdisciplinary subjects highlight the position and function of information navigators in medical library.This paper analyzes the necessity for medical library＇ s cultivating the information navigators,expounds the abilities that information navigators should possess,and puts forward some corresponding cultivation strategies.
