摘　　要：分析了图书馆的社会责任,阐述了低碳经济背景下图书馆面临的机遇和挑战,提出了低碳经济背景下图书馆承担社会责任的举措。This paper analyzes the social responsibility of the library,expounds the opportunities and challenges faced by the library under the background of low carbon economy,and puts forward some measures for the library to undertake the social responsibility of the library under the background of low carbon economy.
