摘　　要：介绍了大同落阵营农场土地开发整理复垦项目区的基本情况和项目概况,分析了项目实施后的影响以及群众对项目的评价,从社会效益、生态效益和经验效益3个方面评价了项目实施的综合效益。This paper introduces the basic situation of land development and consolidation project area in Datong Luozhenying Farmstead and project outline,analyzes the influences after the implementation of the project and common people＇s evaluation on the project,and from three aspects of the social benefit,ecological benefit and experience benefit,evaluates the comprehensive effects of the project implementation.
