摘　　要：目的:研究中药黄芪注射液对宫颈癌患者外周血单个核细胞T淋巴细胞转录因子T-bet和GATA3mRNA表达的影响。方法:30例宫颈癌患者应用黄芪治疗前后采集外周血,应用逆转录聚合酶链术(RT-PCR)检测培养的外周血单个核细胞T淋巴细胞转录因子T-bet及GATA3mRNA的表达,并与10例健康对照组进行比较。结果:宫颈癌患者T-bet mRNA水平明显低于健康对照组,GATA3mRNA水平在两组间未见统计学差异。黄芪治疗后T-bet mRNA表达明显增高(P<0.05),Th2细胞相关指标未见明显改变。结论:黄芪注射液可上调转录因子T-bet mRNA的表达,从而可能通过调节辅助性T淋巴细胞Th2/Th1平衡向Th1偏移从而达到抗宫颈肿瘤的作用。Objective To study the effects of astragalus on the expressions of T-bet and GATA3 mRNA in peripheral blood mononuclear cells （PBMC） in patients with cervical cancer. Methods PBMCs,which were separated from 30 patients of cervical cancer before and after astragalus treatment and 10 control volunteers,were measured by real-time quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chair reaction （RT-PCR） to determined the expressions of GATA3 and T-bet mRNA. Results The expression of T-bet mRNA was lower in patients as compared with that in controls,but no significant differences of GATA3 mRNA were observed between the two groups. After treated by astragalus,the expression of T-bet mRNA was up-regulated（P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Astragalus might up-regulate the expression of T-bet mRNA,which suggests that astragalus might play a role in treating cervical cancer through shifting the balance of Th2/Th1 toward Th1.
