摘 要:对卷柏中穗花杉双黄酮的提取和分离纯化的研究。通过两步沉淀法初步纯化卷柏提取物粗品,采用薄层层析法选择最佳洗脱剂,用硅胶柱层析对卷柏中穗花杉双黄酮进行分离纯化研究。结果表明,采用两次沉淀法使卷柏提取物的纯度由5.92%升高至58.19%。以氯仿/甲醇(8/1,v/v)的混合溶剂为洗脱剂,得到穗花杉双黄酮产品的纯度为97.16%。Two-step precipitation separation and silica gel chromatography purification of amentoflavone from Selaginella tamariscina(Beauv.) Spring was studied.Crude extracts of Selaginella tamariscina(Beauv.) Spring were preliminarily purified by a two-step precipitation.Optimum eluent of silica gel chromatography was determined by TLC and used for separation and purification of amentoflavone from Selaginella tamariscina(Beauv.) Spring.The purity of product was increased from 5.92% to 58.19% by the two-step precipitation.Chloroform/methanol(8∶1,v/v)was used as eluent for silica gel chromatography and amentoflavone product with purity of 97.16% was obtained.
