摘 要:建立了一种使用高效液相色谱快速同时测定禽肉中喹乙醇和氯羟吡啶残留的方法。样品的预处理采用匀浆提取后离心,再萃取去除样品中杂质。采用Agilent TC-C18柱;乙腈+水(12+88)为流动相;流速1.0 mL/min;检测波长为265 nm和374 nm;喹乙醇的回收率为83.6%,氯羟吡啶的回收率为85.1%,喹乙醇和氯羟吡啶的检出限分别为4.7、4.1μg/kg,本方法可靠、灵敏、经济、快速,适用于禽肉中喹乙醇和氯羟吡啶残留的分析。A rapid and simultaneous determination of olaquindox and clopidol residues in poultry meat was developed using high performance liquid chromatography.Pretreatment samples were extracted by homogenization centrifugation,and then extracted to remove impurities in the sample.Using Agilent TC-C18 column and acetonitrile/water(12/88) as mobile phase separeted;The flow rate was kept at 1.0 mL/min.Ddetection wavelength were 265 nm and 374 nm.olaquindox recovery is 83.6%,clopidol recovery is 85.1%,Its' detetion limits were 4.7 μg/kg and 4.1 μg/kg.This method is reliable,sensitive,rapid and economical,and suitable for simultaneous determination of these residues in poultry meat.
