我国知识服务业发展评价的实证研究

摘　　要：借鉴智力资本评价指标体系思想,参照区域智力资本模型中各构成要素的内涵,考虑统计数据的可获得性和实际研究的需要,设计一套支持知识服务业发展的相关要素评价指标体系,用主成分分析法对我国知识服务业的发展情况进行排名,发现知识服务业在全国的发展很不平衡,有些地方如北京、上海发展的很好,而有些地方如宁夏、西藏发展得很滞后。We design an evaluation index system including elements related to the development of knowledge intensive service with reference to the thought of intellectual capital evaluation index system and in the light of the connotation of various elements in regional intellectual capital model.The paper ranks the development situation of knowledge intensive service in China by means of principal component analysis and finds that the development of knowledge intensive service is extremely uneven in China.For example,its development in Beijing and Shanghai is fast,while its development in Ningxia and Tibet lags behind.
