五日生化需氧量(BOD_5)测定时防止氨氮干扰的方法探讨

摘　　要：生化处理后的水样富含硝化细菌,当氨氮含量较高时会对五日生化需氧量(BOD5)的测定产生干扰。该文对硝化抑制剂的加入做了对比研究,旨在找出适合再生水BOD5测定的方法。Water samples after biochemical treatment have a great many nitrifying bacteria,and determination of biochemical oxygen demand after 5 days（BOD5） shall be interfered when the concertration ammonia nitrogen is high.An experiment of comparison between adding nitrification inhibitor addition or not was made in order to find the best determination BOD5 method for recycled water samples.
