摘　　要：通过对传统职称申报方式的利弊分析,阐述无纸化申报的必要性,介绍无纸化申报的系统结构、硬件要求、软件功能及申报过程中出现的问题,提出解决措施及需改进的方面。Through the analysis of advantages and disadvantages of the traditional paper-based declarations,we explain the need for paperless declaration to introduce paperless reporting system structure,hardware requirements,software functions and some problems arising when reporting and put forward countermeasures and the need for improvement.
