摘　　要：图书馆作为公共建筑和公共文化服务机构,节能环保是其义不容辞的社会责任。郑州市图书馆新馆在建筑结构设计和水电、照明、供暖、空调配置等方面体现了节能环保的理念,采用了新型成熟的节能技术,在实现节能减排目标中发挥了积极作用,肩负起图书馆所应担当的"环保"责任。As the public building and the cultural service institution,library has the unavoidable responsibility of protecting environment.The construction of new building of Zhengzhou Library reflects energy-saving and emission-reduction concept in the design of architectural structure and the allocation of water,electricity,lighting,heating and air conditioning,adopts new mature energy saving technologies,plays an active role in achieving emission reduction targets,and shoulders the due responsibility of protecting environment.
