用加权系数法实现书库管理项目点数化——以天津市泰达图书馆为例

摘　　要：开架借阅在给读者带来便利的同时也给书库提出了管理难题。绝对责任区制度将责任落实到人头,从而有责可循。加权系数法规范的工作量测评系统以单册量为基础,依据外借率、细目排架难度、在库阅览率、单册物理特性形成的排架难易程度等对书库管理工作的不同影响,构建细目系数,实现书库管理项目点数化,以达到合理分配工作量的目的。监督机制是责任区制度有效执行的必要保障。Open-shelvf service in libraries takes management problems to circulating stack room while it brings convenience to readers.The absolute responsibility area institution is clear in finding out the liable person.The workload evaluation system contruct the coefficient of detailed items,regarding the quantity of books as the basis,according to different effects on management work of circulating stack room,such as lending rate,shelving difficulty of special branch directory,on-site reading rate,shelving difficulty based on item＇s shape,and so on.Weighting Coefficients could be used to count the workload of the management project,in order to distribute rationally.As well,supervision mechanism is a necessary guarantee for the effective implementation of the absolute responsibility area institution.
