摘 要:目的了解吉林市高校医学专业与非医学专业大学生乙型肝炎相关知识知晓程度、个人行为及对乙肝知识需求状况,探讨医学专业与非医学专业大学生乙肝健康教育的差异。方法采用整群分层随机抽样的方法,对吉林市某医学院校及非医学高校的在校大学生进行问卷调查。结果医学与非医学组学生15项知识性问题回答结果的正确率差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05),15项个人行为及可能接触史14项构成比差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05);2个专业组学生对于乙型病毒性肝炎相关知识的需求分布差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.01)。结论医学专业大学生与非医学专业大学生在乙型肝炎相关知识、个人行为及对乙肝知识需求方面存在明显差异。Objective To understand the knowledge level,individual behavior and the desire to know about the knowledge related to the disease of hepatitis B in both medical and non-medical students in Jilin higher-educated school,then to explore the differences of hepatitis B education between the two kinds of students.Methods With the method of cluster stratified random sampling,a questionnaire survey was conducted in medical and non-medical higher-educated school in Jilin city.Results The accuracy of the answers to the 15 informative questions between the two groups of students had obvious differences(P0.05);there were also discrepancy in the 14 constituent ratio of total 15 individual behavior and possible exposure history(P0.05);what's more,the desire to know about hepatitis B-related knowledge had significant discrepancy between the two different professional students,too(P0.01).Conclusion There are significant differences in the knowledge level,individual behavior and the desire to know about hepatitis B-related knowledge between medical and non-medical students.
