摘  要:从Fe-Mn合金的阻尼机制出发,研究了不同时效温度对Fe-19Mn合金阻尼性能的影响。采用倒扭摆测试合金的阻尼性能,光学显微镜观察合金的微观组织,XRD分析合金的相组成,DSC测试相变点。结果表明,当时效温度在奥氏体开始转变温度As以下时,ε马氏体形态保持不变,由于淬火空位的浓度降低,阻尼性能提高;当时效温度高于As,ε马氏体先变粗,减少了阻尼源的数量,后随时效温度的增加而明显细化,使得阻尼源长度变短并阻碍了阻尼源的运动,阻尼性能降低。Effect of ageing temperature on the damping property of Fe-19Mn alloy was studied based on the damping mechanism.Damping property was measured by reversal torsion pendulum.Microstructure was observed by optical microscope.Phase composition was determined by XRD.The results show that the morphology of ε plates in the Fe-19Mn alloy subjected to ageing below transformation temperature of austenite As is similar to that subjected to quenching.The damping property is improved with increasing the ageing temperature due to the decrease of quenched-vacancy concentration decay.When the ageing temperature was above As, the damping property decreases.The reason is that the ε martensite plates become wider at first, resulting in the decrease of damping sources.With temperature keep on increasing, the introduced dislocation fines the ε martensite plates, which reduces the length of damping sources and obstructs the movement of the damping sources.
