摘  要:根据烧结冷却机的工艺特点,分析了冷却烟气余热的特性及其影响因素,提出了建立烧结冷却机烟气余热发电系统的原则以及对系统的评价问题。同时,还就烧结余热发电系统的几个关键技术,如烟气参数选择、热力系统参数选择、冷却机密封改造、系统的运行控制等提出了作者的观点和建议。In this paper, in accordance with the process characteristics of sintering cooler, the waste heat characteristics of cooling flue gas and its influencing factors were analyzed, the principle for establishment of a power generation system by using the waster heat of sintering cooler and evaluation methods of the system were put forward. At the same time, the author's opinions and suggestions were proposed in view of a few key technologies on sintering waste heat generation system, such as flue gas parameters selection, thermal system parameters selection, cooler sealing modification and system running control etc.
