摘　　要：西宁特钢原料场预配料系统大倾角胶带运输机在使用过程中减速机高速轴先后两次发生断裂,影响了生产。为此,对高速轴断裂原因进行了分析,找出了引起轴断裂的根本原因,在进行相应改造后,杜绝了此类故障。The high speed shaft of the gear reducer broke twice successively during application of large inclination belt conveyor for raw material stockyard proportioning system in Xining Special Steel Co., Ltd, and the production was affected. Therefore, the cause of the high speed shaft breaking was analyzed, the root cause resulting in the shaft breaking was found out, and after corresponding modification, the similar accidents were prevented.
