摘 要:在分析现代机械装备多种维修策略的优缺点、应用特点及其发展的基础上,结合工程装备的系统结构、功能特点,提出了针对不同设备类型和故障模式的维修策略选择方法。指出了以状态监测和故障诊断为基础的视情维修为主,多种维修策略相结合的维修管理,这将成为工程装备维修策略的主要发展方向。Based on analyzing the maintenance policies for modern mechanical equipments about their advantages and disadvantages,application features and development,in combination with the structure and function features of engineering equipments,the methods of selecting the maintenance policy aiming at various types of equipments and faults were presented.It was indicated that condition-based maintenance on the foundation of status monitoring and fault diagnosis combining various maintenance policies was the primary development orientation of maintenance policies for engineering equipments.
