摘 要:由于渐开线斜齿轮轮齿曲面复杂,很难直接创建精确模型,因此给出了渐开线斜齿轮4条齿廓曲线的参数方程及三维曲面的生成算法,通过该算法可以快速生成与坐标成任意角度和参数的齿轮二维曲线及三维曲面。为了验证算法的正确性,用MatLab程序对齿轮模型进行仿真验证,输出任意参数、角度旋转的二维及三维精确曲线曲面图形,为齿轮三维参数化数字设计、啮合分析、接触应力分析、运动学和动力学分析提供基础理论依据。It is hard to directly create precise model of tooth surface of the involute helical gear due to its complicated curved surface.In the paper,the algorithm of generating the parametric equations of four lines of tooth profile curved line and 3D curved surface of involute helical gear,thus 2D and 3D curved surface with any angle and parameter could be rapidly generated by using the algorithm.To verify the correctness of the algorithm,MatLab program was used to simulate the gear model,then precise 2D and 3D curved surfaces with any parameter and angle output.The study offers basic theoretical references for 3D parameterized digital design,mesh analysis,contact stress analysis,dynamic and kinematic analysis of the gear.
