摘  要:基于理论研究和工程实践,说明了复合式盾构机盘形滚刀的破岩机理及法向破岩力的计算公式,结合施工实例,从理论和实践上比较了不同法向破岩力计算公式的差异,提出了计算参数确定的基本原则。比较结果表明,基于楔形滚刀的破岩力公式,计算常截面滚刀破岩力时可能会引起较大误差,Rostami公式比较适合计算硬岩段常截面盘形滚刀的法向破岩力。Based on abundant documents analysis and engineering practices,rock breaking mechanism of disc cutter of composite TBM and formulas of calculating its normal rock breaking force were elaborated.In combination with a TBM construction example,various formulas of calculating the normal rock breaking force were compared in terms of theory and practice,and the basic principle of determining calculating parameters was proposed.The comparison results show that the great error may be generated while the rock breaking force of constant cross-section cutter is calculated by means of the formula of calculating the rock breaking force based on wedgy cutter,and Rostami formula is more suitable for calculating the normal rock breaking force of constant cross-section disc cutter operating into hard rock ground.
