摘 要:聚氨酯胶片夹层玻璃是安全玻璃的一种新产品,通过高压釜中完成胶片与玻璃的热压层合,工艺条件是1.2MPa,120℃,研究胶片厚度与粘结强度的关系。试验表明,聚氨酯胶片/玻璃间,随着胶片厚度的增加,粘结强度逐渐的下降,并且下降速率逐渐的减小。通过对试验数据曲线拟合,获得胶片厚度与粘结强度的关系曲线,确定胶片/玻璃界面的理论粘结强度为26.97 MPa,实际粘结强度小于理论值的原因是由于胶片在正拉试验中发生形变,强度值是正拉应力与剪切应力共同作用的结果。The polyurethane film laminated glass is a new production of safe glass.The glass and the film have been laminated at 1.2 MPa,120 ℃ in a high pressure container.Through measuring tension strength of the samples,the effects of polyurethane film thickness on laminated glass strength were studied.The tension strength was decreased with the increasing of the film thickness.The effects of film thickness are investigated and the curve relations and the function between the film thickness and the tension strength have been given out.Based on the function,the maximal value of the adhere tension between the glass and the film is 26.97 MPa.The measured data were less than the theory value is due to the distortion of the film during the tension experiment.
