摘  要:Bi2O3-ZnO-B2O3是一种新的玻璃系统,采用传统的熔融冷却工艺对Bi2O3-ZnO-B2O3三元系统成玻区域进行了研究,讨论了组成对成玻区域以及其热性能的影响。采用XRD对其成玻性能进行表征,DSC用于研究组成对热性能的影响情况,同时还研究了不同组成玻璃的密度的变化情况。结果表明:B2O3容易引起分相,所以富硼区域很难成玻,Bi2O3-B2O3成玻区域较ZnO-B2O3成玻区域大;Bi2O3含量的增加能降低玻璃的转变点温度,而ZnO、B2O3则使之升高;玻璃的密度随Bi2O3含量增加而增大。Bi2O3-ZnO-B2O3 glass as a new kind of glass system was investingated by traditonal melting and cooling process using Bi2O3、ZnO and boracic acid(H3BO3) ofanalytical purity as rawmaterials,besides the glass forming region and its thermal property were discussed.Glass forming property was characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),The feature temperature was characterized by differential scanning calori metry(DSC),otherwise volume density was also measured for investingating.The results showed that glass was prone to phase separation caused by B2O3,so that the region which highly contained with B2O3 was hard to forming glass,Bi2O3-B2O3 glass forming range was more greater than ZnO-B2O3 area;the transition temperature of the glass decreased with the content of Bi2O3 increase,whereas was contrary to ZnO、B2O3 content;volume density of the glass was increased with content of Bi2O3 increase.
