摘 要:研究了Na2O/K2O、CaO/BaO、TiO2/SiO2对R2O-CaO-SiO2系统晶质玻璃折射率、透过率、密度及化学稳定性的影响,利用拉曼光谱分析探讨了TiO2含量变化对玻璃结构的影响,制备了nD为1.590 6的晶质玻璃。结果表明:当Na2O/K2O摩尔比值为0.5~3.8,随着比值的增大,玻璃折射率和密度逐渐增大,但玻璃的透过率和耐水性略有下降,耐碱性先增大后减小;当CaO/BaO摩尔比值为0.7~6.8,随着比值的减小,折射率和密度均呈递增趋势,BaO的增加可提高透过率;当TiO2/SiO2摩尔比值为0.024~0.12,随着比值的增大,折射率和密度均大幅度提高,透过率先增大后减小,对耐水性有明显的促进作用,Ti4+以[TiO4]形式进入网络结构,且[TiO4]伸缩振动峰变强并呈现向低波数区移动的趋势。The effect of refractive index,transmittance,density and chemical stability were studied in the R2O-CaO-SiO2 crystal glass with the changing of Na2O/K2O,CaO/BaO,TiO2/SiO2.Raman spectrum was used to analyze and investigate the structure of the glass with different contents of TiO2.And finally a kind of crystalline glass whose nD is 1.590 6 was prepared.The experiment results showed that when the molar ratio of Na2O/K2O was between 0.5~3.8,nD and the density increased gradually with the rising of it while the glass transmittance and water resistance declined,and alkali resistance fell after it increased firstly.When the molar ratio of CaO/BaO was between 0.7~6.8,with the declining of the ratio,nD and the density presented an increasing trend.The adding of BaO had an active effect on the transmittance.When the molar ratio of TiO2/SiO2 was between 0.024~0.12,nD and the density were improved quickly with the rising of the ratio.Its transmittance increased first but then declined.What's more,it had a distinct promotion on the water resistance.As TiO2 increased and SiO2 decreased,Ti4+ went into the network structure in the form of tetrahedron.What's more,the intensity of TiO2's telescopic vibration peak would grow stronger and present a tread of moving to lower wave number when the content of TiO2 continued increasing.
