摘 要:利用XRD,SEM、DTA、EDS等方法研究了Na2O-CaO-SiO2系统磷酸盐乳浊玻璃的分相及析晶特性。结果表明,该玻璃易于分相,其中的富磷液滴相更趋向于分布在玻璃体内部,而在表层则分布较少,使玻璃边缘处呈半透明状。随着P2O5含量的增加,边缘透明带变窄,玻璃整体乳浊度提高。该玻璃以较慢的析晶速率均匀析出少量磷酸钠钙晶体,晶体的析出有利于提高玻璃的乳浊度。随着Al2O3含量在一定范围内增加,富磷液滴相尺寸增大,磷酸钠钙晶粒析出量减少,玻璃更趋于致密,抗折强度及耐水性都有所提高。In this paper,characteristics of crystallization and phase separation of Na2O-CaO-SiO2 glass opacified by P2O5 were studied by means of XRD,SEM,DTA,EDS techniques.The results showed that the glass is prone to phase separation,which phosphorus-rich droplet tended to be distributed inside the glass blocks,while less on the surface,so that the edge glass was translucent.With the increase of P2O5,the transparent edge narrowed, and the degree of the overall emulsion raised.The main crystal of this glass was calcium phosphate,which seeding out evenly at a low crystallization rate.The crystals may be slightly increased the degree of opacification.With the increase of Al2O3,the size of phosphorus-rich droplet increased,the precipitation of calcium phosphate decreased,and the glass tends to be more compact,banding strength and water resistance are improved.
