摘 要:采用烧结法制备了Sm3+掺杂CaO-Al2O3-SiO2系统微晶玻璃。采用X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜、荧光光谱仪研究了该微晶玻璃的析晶及发光性能。结果表明:微晶玻璃的主晶相为硅灰石(CaSiO3)与钙长石(Ca(Al2Si2O8)),该微晶玻璃能够被紫外及蓝光激发出红光。此外该微晶玻璃的发光强度高于同组分的玻璃,随着热处理时间从1 h延长至4 h,该微晶玻璃的结构、显微形貌及发光性能基本没有改变。Sm3+ doped CaO-Al2O3-SiO2 glass-ceramics have been prepared via sintering.The crystallization and optical properties of the glass-ceramics were studied by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscope,and fluorescence spectra.The results showed that the main crystal phase in the glassceramics was wollastonite(CaSiO3),as well as little anorthite(Ca(Al2Si2O8)),and the glass-ceramics can emit red light under the excitation of long UV and blue lights.The luminescent intensity of glass-ceramics is much larger than the corresponding glass.With the increasing of heat treatment time from 1 h to 4 h,there is little change in the glass-ceramic microstructure,morphology and luminescence properties.
