渗锡对硼硅酸盐浮法玻璃表面析晶的影响

摘  要:用浮法工艺生产硼硅酸盐浮法玻璃时,锡离子会渗透进入玻璃表面,从而改变其表面性质。该文主要研究渗入锡离子对硼硅酸盐浮法玻璃表面析晶现象的影响。采用光学显微镜和X射线衍射仪等测试手段,比较了硼硅酸盐浮法玻璃经一定热处理后涉锡面和非涉锡面析晶的差异。结果表明,硼硅酸盐浮法玻璃表面经750℃热处理后会产生方石英晶体,非涉锡面比涉锡面析晶更严重。因此说明渗锡不会加剧硼硅酸盐浮法玻璃的表面析晶。Tin ions may penetrate into borosilicate glass surface layer when they were produced by float technics.Surface properties were changed by these tin ions.In this article,the effect of tin penetration on surface crystallization of borosilicate glass was researched using optical microscopes and XRD etc.instruments.The difference of crystallization between two surfaces,the surface contacting with tin and the surface no-contacting with tin,were compared.The results indicate there were cristobalites on surface of glass after heat treatment at 750 ℃.The amount of cristobalite on the surface contacting with tin were more than another surface.As a result,tin penetration do not aggravate the surface crystallization of borosilicate glass.
