摘 要:BaO具有较好的助熔性质,起到改善玻璃熔制的效果。通过锂铝硅系统三元相图设计了掺杂不同含量的BaO微晶玻璃组分,研究了BaO含量变化对LAS微晶玻璃的结构和性能的影响。研究结果表明:随着BaO引入量的增加,能促进LAS系微晶玻璃的晶型转变,析出更稳定的主晶相,热膨胀系数增大,力学性能先增强后降低。经850℃晶化的微晶玻璃主晶相发育得更完全,生长得更致密,表现出更好的结构和性能。在掺杂BaO为2.5%的微晶玻璃经750℃核化、850℃晶化处理后呈现的结构和性能最为优异。BaO has a good effect on melting and molding.According to LAS system glass-ceramics phase graph,a series of composition of LAS were designed in order to research the relationship of the structure and properties of LAS glass-ceramics and different amounts of BaO doped in it.The results show that as the content of BaO increases,can promote LAS glass-ceramics crystal morphology change,the more stable crystal separate out.The thermal expansion coefficient of LAS glass-ceramics increased and mechanical properties increased first then decreased.At 850 ℃ crystallization of the sample showed better structure and performance.LASB system glass-ceramics structure and performance can be obtained: when BaO was 2.5% and nucleation temperature at 750 ℃,crystallization temperature at 850 ℃,the LAS glass-ceramics products presents the best structure and properties.
