摘 要:在模拟的燃烧实验台上,通过提高氧浓度分析了富氧燃烧技术对陶瓷辊道窑能耗、废气排放、NOx和CO2浓度及窑炉火焰特性的影响。研究结果表明:柴油富氧燃烧后,在保证实验台内温度场稳定的前提下,随着氧浓度从21%-30%逐渐增加,沿火焰长度方向的热气体温度随距窑墙距离的增加而迅速降低,火焰流速变慢,火焰长度变短;柴油量在氧浓度刚开始升高时快速减少,随后减少幅度下降;理论废气量和CO2浓度逐渐减少,而NOx浓度则迅速增加。The Energy Comsumption,emissions,NOx and CO2 concentrations and flame characteristic in ceramic roller kiln were analyzed by increasing oxygen content on the burning test…bed.The results show that: when diesel is burning with oxygen enrichment combustion,in order to keep the temperature field stable,with oxygen content increasing from 21% to 30%,diesel quantity obviously decreasing in the beginning and then slower;the theory flue gas volume and the concentration of CO2 reduces,however NOx increases;The temperature of hot gas along axis of oxygen flame decrease rapidly with the distance to the kiln wall increasing,the velocity of hot gas slows,the length of flame shorts.
