摘  要:利用极大似然法测定某曲轴的疲劳性能p-S-N(可靠度-应力-寿命)曲线,结果表明:利用极大似然法可以减少曲轴试验样件的数量,而且通过标定确定载荷和应力对应关系,可以确定可靠度、载荷、疲劳寿命3个参数的关联性。通过试验检验发现:采用极大似然法计算的数据与试验数据有一定的误差,考虑到用平均秩确定试验数据的可靠性大小有一定的误差,以及检验组的试验数比较少,计算的疲劳寿命数据比试验的疲劳寿命数据小,属于偏安全的设计曲线。Research on drawing the crankshaft bent fatigue property curve based on the maximum likelihood estimation method was performed.The results show that the use of maximum likelihood method can reduce number of the test samples.Through calibration of the correspondence relationship between load and stress,the relevance of the three parameters: reliability,load,fatigue life,can be determined.Compared with the test results,it is found that there is a relatively large difference between the calculated and the tested data.Taking into account the fact that assessment of the test data reliability with the average rank would have some error and the number of the test groups is relatively small,the calculated fatigue life smaller than the tested can be taken as the safer design curve.
