摘 要:采用高温法合成了LiCo1-xNixO2(x=0.2,0.5,0.8和1)。通过XRD测定了它的晶格结构和晶胞参数。结果发现,随着x值的增大,a0值和c0值都顺次变大,x=1时晶胞体积最大。初步探索了LiCo1-xNixO2在1mol/LLiClO4-PC+DME中的充放电性能,典型样品在AA型锂离子电池中放电容量500mAh,0.2C充放循环了300次。LiCo 1-x Ni xO 2 was synthesized by the method of high temperature (x=0.2,0.5,0.8). Its crystal lattice structure and parameters were tested by XRD. The results show that the value of a 0 and c 0 increase along with the increasing value of x and the crystal volume is the largest at the value x=1. The charge and discharge performance of LiCo 1-x Ni xO 2 has been studied by using 1mol/L LiClO 4 PC+DME as electrolyte. The cyclic life of AA size cell with 500mAh at 0.2C rate is more than 300 cycles.
