摘  要:基于分形理论和扫描电镜分析,采用双毯法计算了碳纳米管/PTFE复合材料磨损表面的三维分形维数。结果表明,基于Peleg-blanket法和磨损表面SEM图计算所得的分形维数,可以表征碳纳米管/PTFE复合材料磨损表面的形貌特征;随着填料含量的增加,复合材料磨损表面的分形维数依次减小;纯PTFE的分形维数最大,而5%碳纳米管/PTFE的分形维数最小,与复合材料磨损量的变化趋势相一致。The fractal three-dimensional number of the worn surfaces of CNTs/ PTFE composite materials was calculated using Peleg_Blanket method based on fractal theory and scanning electronic microscope analysis(SEM).The result shows that the feature of the worn surfaces of CNTs/ PTFE composite materials could be characterized based on the Peleg_Blanket method and the fractal dimensional number obtained using the SEM figure of the worn surfaces.The fractal dimensional number of the worn surfaces of composite materials was reduced one by one with the increase of the packing content;the fractal dimensional number of the pure PTFE was the largest,and the fractal dimensional number of 5% CNTs/PTFE was the smallest,which was corresponded with the changes of the wearing capacity of composite materials.
