摘  要:综述了LiPF6的制备方法,它主要有如下三种:传统方法、络合法和溶液法。传统的方法是通过PF5与LiF进行反应而制得的,通过改变PF5与LiF的制备条件,如用PX5与HF反应制备PF5,HF与LiF反应制备多孔性LiF,可以得到高纯度的LiPF6。使用适宜的络合剂如乙腈、醚、吡啶等与LiPF6形成稳定的络合物,这样,络合法可避免LiPF6的不稳定性带来的储存、处置困难。溶液法则利用锂电池中用的溶剂如EC、DME等,进行LiPF6的制备,该工艺效率高,可直接用于锂电池。Methods of preparing non aqueous electrolyte salt LiPF 6 have been reviewed in this paper.There are mainly three methods:traditional method,complex method and solution method.The traditional method employs the reaction of PF 5 with LiF and may obtain high pure LiPF 6 by changing the preparation conditions of PF 5 and LiF,for example,preparation of PF 5 using PX 5 and HF,and porous lithium fluoride using LiF and HF.Employing suitable complexes,such as acetonitrile,ether and pyridine to form stable coordination compound with LiPF 6,the complex method can avoid the problems of storage and handling arisen from the unstability of LiPF 6.Through the solution method which utilizes the solvents available in lithium batteries,such as EC,DME,lithium hexafluorophosphate can be prepared at high efficiency and used directly in lithium batteries.
