摘　　要：基于风电的不确定性,引入可靠性指标失负荷期望值,建立了基于等效发电容量水平概率分布估算的LOLE模型,研究了风电不确定性对电力系统可靠性的影响,并通过算例对其影响进行了模拟。Based on the uncertainty of wind power and by introducing the loss of load expectation（LOLE） of the reliability index,the LOLE model based on the probability distribution estimation of equivalent generation capacity level was built.The impact of the wind power uncertainty on the reliability of power system was studied and the impact was simulated with example.
