摘 要:在电力市场中,基于网损的研究已经从如何降低系统的总网损量发展到如何将这些损耗公平地分配给参与者。从物理断面潮流的角度出发,提出了一种基于电源电流分布系数的网损分摊新方法。该方法从节点电压方程入手,推导出电源电流在网络中各支路的分布系数,且该分布系数只与电网的结构参数有关。根据分布系数准确求出各电源对支路传输功率的贡献份额以及各电源承担支路网损的多少,从而为电网规划设计提供有效的基础数据。通过IEEE 5节点算例进行验证,说明了所提方法的正确和有效性。In electricity market,the study based on network losses has been developed from how to reduce the total network losses of the system to how to fairly distribute these losses to the participants.From the point of view of the physical cross-section power flow,a new method for loss allocation based on the distribution coefficient of source current was proposed.This method deduced the distribution coefficient of source current in every branch of the network from the node voltage equation and the distribution coefficient was only related with the structure and parameters of the network.According to the distribution coefficient,the share of every power source contributing to the branch transmission power and the branch loss undertaken by every power sources were obtained accurately so as to provide effective fundamental data for the network planning design.The correctness and validity of the proposed method were demonstrated by verifying it with the IEEE 5 node example.
