摘 要:针对铜覆钢材料的腐蚀寿命问题,介绍了对铜覆钢接地材料在典型土壤和中性盐雾条件下的耐腐蚀性试验研究和分析评价。研究结果表明,铜覆钢材料在典型土壤中具有较高的耐腐蚀性,在保证铜层厚度条件下可满足设计要求,铜层厚度应根据当地土壤腐蚀数据进行设计;铜覆钢材料在碱性及中性腐蚀条件下易出现钝化层,其耐腐蚀性要大于同等级酸性土壤条件下;500 h盐雾试验后腐蚀轻微,电阻率变化很低。Aiming at the problem of the corrosion life of copper-clad steel materials,the test study and the analysis and evaluation on the corrosion resistance of the grounding copper-clad steel materials in typical soil and neutral salt fog conditions were presented.The results showed that copper-clad steels have high corrosion resistance in typical soil condition,which can meet the design requirement under the condition of guaranteed copper thickness;the copper thickness should be designed according to local soil corrosion data;the passivation film easily occurs in alkaline and neutral corrosion conditions,so the corrosion resistance is required to be higher than that in acid soil;the corrosion was slight after 500 hours salt fog test and the variation of electrical resistivity was low.
