摘　　要：体细胞核移植技术是研究动物生殖及再生医学的一个重要工具。同时,也为治疗性克隆及濒危动物的保护提供了一条有效的途径,并且可以提高生产转基因动物的效率。但是传统的体细胞核移植技术成功率低,操作复杂,而且对实验人员的要求较高。无透明带核移植技术(zona-free nuclear transfer technique)则对传统的核移植方法进行了较大的改进,提高了核移植的成功率。Somatic cell nuclear transfer technology is an important tool for animal reproduction and regenerative medicine.And it is also an efficient way for therapeutic cloning and the protection of endangered animals.Moreover,it improves the efficiency of transgene animals？production.In traditional somatic nuclear transfer,the efficiency is still very low,and the procedures are complicated.To improve the efficiency of somatic cell nuclear transfer,some modifications were made in zona-free nuclear transfer technique.
