摘 要:利用O3/H2O2法对某制药厂产生的嘧啶废水进行预处理,通过正交实验考察了pH、反应时间、O3流量和H2O2投加量对废水COD去除率的影响。单因素优化实验结果表明,当pH为11.00、反应时间为70 min、O3流量为4 g/h、30%H2O2投加量为65 mmol/L时,废水COD、TOC和色度的去除率分别达到66.12%、70.34%和96.67%,B/C由0.05提高到0.33,可生化性明显提高,能够满足后续生化处理需要。The pyrimidine wastewater from a pharmaceutical factory has been pretreated by O3/H2O2 process. The effects of the influential factors, such as pH, reaction time, ozone flow and dosage of H2O2 on the removal rate of COD are investigated through orthogonal experiment. The results of single factor optimal experiments show that the removal rate of COD, TOC and chroma are up to 66.12%, 70.34% and 96.67% respectively. When pH, reaction time, ozone flow, and dosage of H2O2 are 11.00, 70 min, 4 g/h and 65 mmol/L respectively. B/C goes up from 0.05 to 0.33. The biodegradability has increased obviously, which could meet the requirements of the follow-up biochemical treatment.
