摘 要:对DN2-6井套管压力升高原因进行了系统调查研究,对起出的油管接头逐根进行检查,发现1根油管穿孔、多根油管粘扣,并对油管粘扣原因也进行了分析。结果表明:套管压力升高的原因主要是由油管穿孔所致;油管粘扣的原因主要是由对扣操作不当所致;粘扣会降低油管接头的密封能力,但该井粘扣的油管接头并没有发生泄漏,其原因是在油管穿孔泄漏之后,油管柱所受的内压很小,没有达到粘扣油管接头的泄漏抗力。The cause of casing pressure increasing in well DN2-6 was investigated and tubings taken out from this well were inspected one by one.It was found that there were one tubing pierced and many tubings connections galled,and the galling reason was also analyzed.The results show that the tubing perforation resulted in the casing pressure increasing,and tubing connection gallings were caused due to abnormal operation.Galling would reduce the tubing connection seal capability,but the galling tubing connections did not leak because the internal pressure borne by the tubing string was smaller than that of its seal capability after tubing perforation leaking.
