摘  要:连轧张力公式证明:影响张力变化的主要因素是厚度变化,厚度对张力的影响比速度影响大千百倍,从而提出在热连轧机上同冷轧机一样用流量AGC使张力和厚度恒定。该方法在攀钢热连轧机上实验成功,已在生产中应用。实用效果表明厚度精度提高一倍以上,同时宽度波动可大为减小。The formula of Rolling tension proves that the uppermost factor which impacts change of tension is variety of the thickness,influence of the thickness is more than that of the speed on tension,thus the flow AGC which makes tension and thickness of constant is used in the hot rolling mill as in the cold rolling mill.The method has successfully applied to the hot strip mill at Panzhihua Iron and Steel,and that has been used in production.The practical effect is that the thickness accuracy is raised more than double,as the same time the fluctuation of width is greatly reduced.
