摘　　要：针对目前可逆冷轧机组中卷取机卸尾卷和上套筒工序的操作时间长、占用天车资源多、效率低等问题,开发设计出一套新型卸尾卷和上套筒装置。实践证明,该套装置布置合理整齐,效率高,适用面广。Considering the problems of coiler for multi-roll cold rolling mill,such as too long time spent in unwinding tail windings and ramping sleeves,crane resources occupation and low efficiency,a new type tail ramp and sleeve ramp assembly was designed.The layout and work principle of the new equipment were described.The layout of the equipment is in order and reasonable,and the equipment is high efficiency and widely applicable.
