摘　　要：同步移送机构是顶杆循环系统中的关键设备,它兼具放料和推料两大功能。介绍同步移送机构的结构设计、强度和驱动力矩计算及其试验应用。经各个环节验证,本机组设计的同步移送机构轨迹正确,结构强度较好,完全能满足生产需求。The synchronous transition arms are very important in piercing bar cycle system,because it will transit and push the bars at the same time.In this paper,the design and CAE analysis of the synchronous transition arms are introduced.The text in manufactory proves that synchronous transition arms are using well.
